This Privacy Policy explains how Duaa Brands LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the House of Duaa mobile app (the “App”) and related services, including controlling compatible aroma diffuser devices and shopping in the House of Duaa store.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

4. Permissions and on-device processing

Account deletion: You may sign out at any time in the App. To delete your customer account and associated personal data, sign in at www.houseofduaa.com and complete the Shopify customer account deletion flow in your account settings. You can also contact support@houseofduaa.com for assistance.

10. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to backup retention cycles.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage on device, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate protections for cross-border transfers where required by law.

13. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
